A cake-cutting ceremony, birthday treats, freebies and giveaways part of event. The celebration will begin at 11 a.m. in the outdoor pavilion, with remarks and a cake-cutting ceremony honoring both the Lewes library and the division. From 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., patrons are invited to stop by to enjoy birthday treats, sign the guestbook, pick up freebies and enter a drawing for giveaway prizes. The library’s Just Between Friends Shop will also offer a special buy three, get one free promotion on used books from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Search Rehoboth.com Search Search
