Free event will commemorate those 40 Delawareans who lost their lives during the Battle of Normandy, color guard from VFW Mason Dixon Post 7234 will open ceremony, rifle salute & taps, museum open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., guided tours offered at noon and 2 p.m., cost is $6 per person.
