The featured speaker\, William Manthorpe\, is a Lewes resident\, Trustee of Historic Lewes\, and a retired Naval Officer and Senior Government Civilian Executive. Following his distinguished military and federal service career\, Mr. Manthorpe taught graduate-level courses at Johns Hopkins University and several military colleges in the Washington\, D.C. area.
