DESCRIPTION:The Salisbury Youth Orchestra (SYO) presents its annual spring concert 7:30 p.m. Thursday\, May 14\, in the Jackson Family Auditorium of Holloway Hall. The orchestra\, directed by Dr. Jeffrey Schoyen\, provides a unique educational and performance opportunity for young musicians. Founded in 1989\, the SYO currently is made up of members ranging in age from 6th-12th grade and is a full orchestra\, including strings\, winds\, brass and percussion.
