\nThe Eastern Shore Running Club has six weekly group runs.

\nRunners who are not already members must sign a waiver. You can sign an online waiver here.

\nPlease do not come to a run if you have symptoms of COVID-19.

\nMonday\, 5 a.m.: All-paces group run\, 3.5 miles\, Salisbury Bible Fellowship/Pine Bluff Self Storage\, 1500 Court Plaza Lane\, Salisbury

\nTuesday\, 6 p.m.: All-paces group run\, 3.3 miles\, Ben’s Red Swings at the Salisbury City Park (seasonal location as of March 10\, 2026)

\nWednesday\, 6 p.m.: All-paces group run\, 3.3 miles\, Ben’s Red Swings at the Salisbury City Park (seasonal location as of March 11\, 2026)
\n
\nNOTE: Our usual course will be slightly different because of a water main replacement project happening at the Salisbury City Park. We have to avoid the trail between Memorial Plaza and the parking lot\, and can go onto North Park Drive during this section. Please be careful.
