DESCRIPTION:July 18th at 12:00. A brand new event is coming to Poplar Hill! Can’t wait for Halloween? Come to Poplar Hill Mansion immediately following Storytime for Summerween! Boys and ghouls of all ages can enjoy the spookiness of Halloween in summer. We’ll have our backyard decorated and set up with kid’s pools for all sorts of wet\, wacky\, and wild games\, just look out for our resident skeleton\, Bone-a-part\, lounging in the water. Enjoy some I-scream on the hot summer day. And\, why wait to carve pumpkins\, when you can carve watermelons? Plus hear about the haunted history of the museum. It’s the summer event everyone will just be dying to attend! The event is free\, but a suggested donation of $5.00 a person is greatly appreciated.
