Annual Fall Home Expo , takes place Saturday and Sunday, September 19 and 20 , at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes . As the fall season approaches, local homeowners begin preparing for indoor entertaining and holiday gatherings — making this the perfect time to explore the latest in home upgrades and improvements. Admission is free and open to the public , and once again, the Sussex County Habitat for Humanity will benefit from this popular community event. Expo hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday , and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday . More than 150 exhibitors will be participating, including home builders, Realtors, legal and financial professionals , and a wide variety of home products and service providers .
