Join the Ocean City Library and Town Cats for a cat-stravaganza! Wear your best cat-inspired attire and create cat themed art while enjoying treats! Item donations for Town Cats will be accepted but not mandatory to attend. Humans only (please leave your cats at home). 410-524-1818.
