Historic Lewes Farmers Market George H.P. Smith Park Saturday, July 18, 202 6 8 am – 12 pm Peach Celebration Demo: Henry Bennett and Chef Dru Tevis At 10am, the Market celebrates Delaware peaches with a customer favorite Demonstration featuring the duo Henry Bennett of Bennett Orchards and Dru Tevis, Pastry Chef extraordinaire and winner of the national Food Network Holiday Baking Championship. Henry Bennett, a sixth-generation farmer, will talk about growing peaches at Bennett Orchards, one of the First State’s Century Farms. Then Chef Dru Tevis, of Brûlé Bakery, will take those Bennett peaches and make a fabulous peachy recipe. At the Market this Saturday, 37 local farmers and producers will bring peaches, cantaloupe, sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, potatoes, beets, peppers, plums, green beans, eggplant, cucumbers, summer squash, zucchini, carrots, kale,...
